OUR STORY
The Chichalovers is the union of two legacies, the farmer and the hotelier, with the intention of recovering our roots and putting value on the local product and the territory.
We are Graciela and Darío, the people behind CHICHALOVERS, most of all, a sandwich shop. We both decided to bring together our two concerns in this beautiful project: on the one hand, Graciela's roots, always linked to gastronomy, creativity and marketing; On the other hand, Darío's legacy, which has a family ranch in Santa Comba and a butcher shop in Praza de Abastos in Santiago de Compostela. Thus, with CHICHALOVERS we seek to add value to our territory, our local products and our traditions in an innovative way.
