Through the work in livestock we want to value the territory and bet on developing our activity in the countryside offering a quality product.

We are a short-chain business: From the farm (30/40km) to the Butcher (Mercado de Abastos) and straight to the Chicha. We make our sandwiches with raw material from local producers from the Mercado de Abastos.
